This apartment complex has 20 apartments for rent. The Reception is located in Apartment no. 1. There are various restaurants in the vicinity of the estate where you can sample local specialities.
Location
The complex is located in a quiet area at the foot of the Montgó Natural Park just 2.5 kilometres from Las Marinas Beach. The centre of Denia is 1.5 kilometres away, where you will find a large selection of shops, boutiques, leisure attractions and entertainment. There are a number of restaurants and cafés just 500 metres from the complex.
Apartment description
These comfortable, cosy apartments have a lounge/dining-room with a double sofa bed, an American kitchen, full bathroom, double bedroom with two single beds and a terrace with views over the swimming pool or leading directly onto a garden. They are equipped with satellite TV, cooking rings, oven, washing machine, microwave, electric coffee-maker, fridge and fans.
Maximum capacity: 3 adults or 2 adults + 2 children (up to age 12).
Activities
The communal area of the complex features a swimming pool for adults and children and a grassy area for sunbathing. The beach is 2.5 kilometres away, where there is a wide range of water sports on offer. You can also book guided tours of the Montgó Natural Park, adventure tourism, mountain biking, hiking, canyoning, etc.
Additional notes
Pets are not permitted. The rental price includes cleaning on arrival and departure, weekly linen change (sheets and towels), use of the communal pool and water and electricity consumption.

Deposit of 150 € payable in cash.
Cots are available at 25 € per week and additional beds at 35 € per week.
Check-in time: between 5.00 pm and 8.00 pm. You can collect the keys at the complex's reception in Apartment No. 1 (ground floor). If you are not able to arrive before 8.00 pm, please call mobile phone number 609 619 611 to notify them.
Check-out time: before 10.00 am.
Minimum stay: 7 nights, from Saturday to Saturday (hight season)
Possibility of reserving apartment in the first floor, whith aire
conditioning, under request, whith supplement of 35€/week.
How to get here
AP-7 Motorway (Alicante via the coast). Exit No. 62 (Denia-Ondara-Jávea).
Continue straight on towards Denia.
Cross 3 roundabouts and after the third one you will see a REPSOL service station on the left; after the fourth roundabout turn right (Av. de Alicante) and continue straight on; at the second traffic lights, turn right (Av. Del Montgó) and continue straight on until you get to Plaza Jaime I (large roundabout with palm trees); turn right on the second street towards the HOSPITAL COMARCAL LA PEDRERA; about 100 metres further on the street divides into two with some islands; continue to the left (Camí Pou de la Muntanya) and you will cross over the railway line; about another 150 metres further on the left you will see Calle Agret and the AZAHAR sign; at the end of this street, about another 500 metres on the right, is the AZAHAR complex.
